I stay close to the work.

I am Rahul Vashishtha, a product engineer and technical leader based in Noida, India. For a decade, I have built software across web products, distributed systems, games, IoT, and open source.My work often starts with an unclear product or engineering problem. I define the system, test the riskiest assumptions, ship a usable version, and build the process the team needs to maintain it. In leadership roles, I set technical direction, review design and code, mentor engineers, and stay accountable for release outcomes.I created Inspira UI and built the initial VueLynx prototype. In commercial roles, I have led multi-tenant product development, improved game runtime and release systems, and designed services for high-traffic products.I started building software in school. ALIS AI received newspaper coverage in 2015 and a national-level gold medal in 2016. I later led the Infinity Glove student project and co-authored its research paper.Outside engineering, I play piano and drums, ride motorcycles, and experiment with drones and hardware.
